|Recommended: YesShaky start but has become a lovely experience — There where some issues when we moved in, but there where all quickly addressed. The staff are all kind wonderful people, the maintenance people and yard people are all kind and timely. It has been a wonderful experience since.

|Recommended: YesGreat — The downstairs neighbors got a little too loud sometimes, waking me up at 1 30 am when I have to be awake for work at 3 am. They did not follow the curfew that Greenpointe has. There were no more than 3 times when they would complain to us about noise and Iroommates and I would fix this and try to be quiet. even though they moved out I have a gut feeling that it was because of us but they live in an apartment, there is not always going to be peace and quiet. The new downstairs neighbors are hardly noticeable so far.
Construction was alright, nothing too bad other than the razor blades and nails left behind on the balcony. they did a sweep through but left some leftover debris that I had to sweep, not bothered by that though.
No one picks up their dog poop, especially in the space behind the dumpster, even though they are 5 feet from trash with bags. there were also some instances where dog poop was left in front of the steps to the apartment as well as some unexplained trash that did not belong to anyone living in my apartment.
The manager ladies are wonderful they are very professional and nice.
As the first apartment for me and my roommates, this place is really nice.
|Recommended: YesNice place to live — Walls are kinda thin, and within a week of me moving in the dishwasher and the light fixture in my room both broke. But the maintenance people were really nice and quick to come by to fix things
|Recommended: YesI wish I could have lived here longer — My short experience at Greenpointe has been great The community was fantastic, the staff was more than understanding and helpful I messed up on my application like 3 times , and were wonderful to work with. If it wasn't for my school situation, I would have loved to continue to live here
|Recommended: YesGreat place to live — The property is a great size and is really nice. There are definitely some things that need fixing but overall I love living here.
|Recommended: YesExpensive, but worth it — I love the proximity to campus, the new appliances, and the clean space. Anytime anything breaks, maintenance usually has it fixed or replaces within the week also I love the maintenance guys, very friendly and good with barky dogs lol . I live here with my two dogs and fiancee, and having the backyard patio access was worth the extra . Layout is great, with some minor problems, like outlet layout on the ground floor kinda forces where your TV will be.
-Not all the units are as private as ours,
-It is a bit annoying that the trash and recycle have been moved out of our cul-de-sac' and are often overflowing with poorly processed recycle unbroken down boxes, plastics and styrene, and pizza boxes,
-and it is difficult for friends to find the place without a light on the street entrance.
But these are all very minor grievances and we decided to stay here a second year.
|Recommended: YesOther than the construction, it's been good — The living space is comfortable, but I had wished the move out of the last tenants would've been cleaner. But I love the location in relation to the school.
